Return & Replacement Policy
Theva Jewels (theva.in) offers a transparent and customer-friendly 10-Day Return & Replacement Policy applicable only on loose gemstones.
Eligibility Conditions
- All returns or replacements are subject to inspection and approval by Theva Jewels.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling will not be eligible for return or replacement.
- The product must be returned with all original items, including:
- Original Product Certificate
- Invoice (original or copy)
- Packaging and documentation
- Lab certificates (if provided)
Return Policy for Loose Gemstones
- Orders up to INR 49,999: You can return the gemstone within 10 days and receive a 100% refund, subject to the conditions above.
- Orders INR 50,000 and above: You are eligible for replacement or can choose another gemstone of equal value within 10 days.
Jewellery & Custom Products
Any customized jewellery (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) or gemstones that have been mounted into jewellery are not eligible for return or refund.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
- Additional lab certification charges (if opted separately) are non-refundable
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after product receipt
- Bank/credit card processing may take additional time to reflect the amount
